We may split your order into multiple shipments to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible.We send our bridal robes all over the world using an international delivery service.

The time it takes for your order to arrive varies on your location, and how fast your local postal service is.

Newborn Happiness is not responsible for missing packages due to an invalid or old address provided by the customer or a request for a change too late in the shipping process. Newborn Happiness isn’t responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government.

Order Status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships(if Priority Shipping is Selected)

If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation. 

Return Policy

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, We are NOT required to provide a refund for change of mind, incorrect sizing or selection. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault we will gladly replace or refund items if they are defected or damaged or are significantly different from our item description.

In the case where a refund is requested you will be offered the option to exchange or for us to issue store credit (for the cost of the items returning is the sole responsibility of the customer).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

An item may be returned if it is sent back:

  • unused
  • unwashed
  • with original tags and packaging intact
  • free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

The return package must be postmarked back to us within seven calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. No return form in necessary; all we need with the package is a note including the order number and name associated with the order. Newborn Happiness is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return. All items on sale are final sales and no exchanges or refunds will be given unless the product is deemed faulty. 

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.
